Good flight search, slow support

I booked a Hin- und Rückflug to Mallorca last month. The flight search itself was straightforward and I found a good deal compared to other sites. The booking process was smooth, and the e-tickets arrived pretty quickly. What bothered me a bit was the customer service; I had a question about changing my flight dates and it took over 24 hours to get a clear answer via email. The price for the flight was competitive, which was the main draw. Overall, a decent experience, but they could improve on response times for support.

Good value for Pauschalreise

This was my first time using CheapTickets.de for a Pauschalreise, and I was looking to save some money. I compared a few options for a Städtereise and found their package for Flug und Hotel to Rome to be the best value. The initial price was already attractive, and I managed to snag a small discount they had going on. The whole booking process was clear, no hidden fees popped up, which I appreciated. For what I paid, the trip felt like a really good deal. I'd definitely check them again for future travel, especially if I can find another offer.

Easy booking, fast tickets

Needed a Kurzstreckenflug for a business trip. Used the site, found a flight quickly. Paid. E-tickets landed in my inbox within a minute. No issues.

Consistent service for flights

I've booked several flights here over the past year, mainly Langstreckenflüge. This time I got a good deal on a flight to New York. The process was just as reliable as my previous bookings. The site is easy to navigate, and I always get my e-tickets without a hitch. I haven't needed to contact customer service for my last few orders, which is a good sign. They've been consistently good for flights, always offering competitive prices that keep me coming back.
